The OPEN & QUARTERS track is for athletes preparing for the CrossFit Open and/or quarterfinals and athletes who have 1.5-2 hours to train. The SEMIS & GAMES track is for athletes preparing for semifinals and/or Games and those who want to crush multi-day throwdowns. We’re committed to helping you prepare better so you can perform better in the sport of CrossFit. Focusing our programming tracks to ensure you maximize your progress is just the first of a handful of new ways we plan to do that.
